I was struggling with my mental health due to personal circumstances and was masking the problems by drinking too much to blot it out.
My sister found Steve through a mutual friend as I was always reluctant to try therapy and thought I could sort everything out by doing it alone....how wrong I was.
Steve has been a fantastic help over the year --- listening , not judging , helping me open up , learning coping techniques. It's been brilliant to be able to talk to someone and let it all out, outside my comfort group.
I am now alcohol free for well over a year, and doing brilliantly!
